daffodil poem
Hi readers. This week we have been learning about poems like tanka, haiku, quatrain, clewihew, acrostic, limerick and a cinquain. We had to choose a flower and make three poems about it. I did a haiku, tanka and an acrostic.
Hope you like it here is my poster of the daffodil poem. Bye readers!

To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A sentence to let us know you actually read/watched or listened to what I had to say
3. Something helpful - how have you connected with my learning? Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.

Kia Ora Lydia! I love Daffodils, they are such a pretty spring flower. I really enjoyed reading your poetry, I love the descriptions of what you like about daffodils. What is the difference between a haiku and a tanka?
ReplyDeleteHi Katie. I think daffodils are really cool as well. They are my favourite flowers. Thank you for commenting on my blog. The difference about a haiku and a tanka is they have different syllables . Because a haiku has 5,7,5 and a tanka has 5,7,5,7,7. But they are still both poems.
