My First SLJ Drawing :D

 Kia ora readers,

Welcome back to my blog! Today our class is starting the summer learning journey! It's what we do to keep our brain working in the holidays. The first SLJ we had to do was color in an image from a link that takes you to a coloring page. Then we had to make a copy of a template art coloring book.

Here is my drawing! :)

Thanks for checking my post! Make sure to comment and have a nice day!

  1. Kia Ora Lydia,

My name is Shannon, and I’m from the Summer Learning Journey.

Your picture looks phenomenal! It’s so bright and happy! I really like your use of pink and yellow to make it pop, and the green sach to make the Kimono stand out! She looks very stylish and modern in the pink! It’s such a pretty colour, one of my favourites. What are your favourite colours?

The lady has such long hair! It would take so long to comb! What do you think she’s gonna do with her hair? Will she plait it, put it in pigtails? I think she’ll leave it out nice and flowy.

Good job on starting the Summer Learning Journey, I look forward to seeing all your future blog posts! What activities are you most excited for?

    Ka kite anō,
    Shannon (SLJ)

  3. Hey Lysia,
I LOVE your picture! It looks so colourful and great!I like the way that you chose to colour it in bright colours <3!Because of the colours you chose it makes your picture (sorry...) ART! Stand out a lot :)!

    Guess what!
I also chose the same picture for my post! '^'

Why did you make the background colour orange?
Why did you make the border colour red?
Why did you pick that picture?

P.S. If your wondering what my deleted post said, or why I deleted i. It was because I forgot to add my blog url 'o'

  5. Well done Lydia on making the original look even better.
It's a great idea to chose your own colour choice.
I would love it if you could tell me what made you pick the colours?.
If there was something you could do for the background what would you do and why?.
Have a great holiday and Merry Christmas.
I look forward to seeing more of your holiday learning.
