Poems #1

Kia ora
Today i'm telling and showing a picture about poems. Enjoy.


We had to use the app called Notely. It is for writing poems and others things. The first poem was about the ship, we had to describe words for the ship. We had to use 20 words to describe the ship in a bottle. Anyway I hope you like it. Feel free to comment. Here is the photo of my poem.

Hello Hornby fun!

                                                                   hello readers
Today I am telling you about Hello Hornby. It was lots of fun there. Enjoy!  There was really cool things. There was bow an arrow, bouncy castle and riding a pony! But first we had to do choir. Miss D said to meet us by the stage. When Miss D was there we had to go on the stage and sing. When we were done choir on the stage we could go on all of the things at the festival.

The first thing we did was riding on a pony! Tiana, Sophia and I went on the pony. I hadn't been on one for ages! It was so much fun. Then we went on the water runners. You could go with a friend. So Tiana and I when on it. When we were rolling on it Tiana did a roll over!! Then we looked at the bath bombs. They smelled so good! Then we got some food I got fish and chips with a hot dog and some Pepsi. After that we all went home.

Zones

                                                                   Hello everybody,

                        Today i'm telling about what zone are you in. So I hope you like it enjoy.


There are 4 zones. The first zone is blue That means you are sick, sad, tired, bored, moving slowly.  So that was the blue zone moving on to the green zone.


The green zone means that you are Happy, calm, feeling okay, focused, ready to learn. That was the green zone. Onto the yellow zone.


The yellow zone means that you are frustrated, worried, silly/ wiggly, excited, lost some control. So yea that was the yellow zone. Now onto the last zone.


The last one is the red zone that means you are mad/angry, mean yelling/ hitting, disgusted and out of control.

Our tree

                                                                        Hello readers,

Today i'm am telling about our tree. Don't forget to see my other blog posts and the older ones. Enjoy. 

The first thing we had to do was draw 3 circles. Then when we drew our circles we had to make patterns in the circles. Some people in my class had very good patterns. Some had lines, flowers, small circles and dots. 

Then when you have done the patterns you move on to dyeing. There was different types of colours like yellow, red, orange, violet, green, and blue i think that was it. When you was using the dye you could mix them together. I mixed blue and green together and it actually really cool together mixing it. 

Then you would leave it to dry. Then you would cut the circles out and then you get a pencil and flip the circle over and say on one circle what you wish and on another one say what you like and don't like. Then say on the last one whats makes you angry. The very last thing you do is just write your name on the circles.

 The very first thing Miss Scott did is she painted a tree Then Miss Scott would put all three circles on the tree. Then the tree is completed.

Strategies to keep you calm

Hello readers

Today i'm talking about the strategies to keep you calm. Like if you are feeling angry or frustrated do these strategies. I'm also doing a blog post about what zone are you in soon. Anyways enjoy.


The first strategy is squeezing the lemon. Pretend you have two lemons in your hands. Then you squeeze all of the juice out of the lemons. Then you just throw the lemons away.


The second strategy is dragon breathing. You take a deep breath in through your nose. When you  would breathe out of your mouth, pretend fire is coming out like a dragon.

The third strategy is counting. All you need to do is just count in your head you can count to five, ten, 20 or you can count backwards. It's really simple. 

The last strategy is drinking. If your really mad then tell your teacher or mum and dad i'm going to get a drink. While your having a drink you could do some of those strategies. This calms you down the most.

Thats all the strategies i could explain. Remember to do one of those strategies when your mad or frustrated. Maybe you could do two of them at the same time. Please comment on my blog post. Bye!
